When you request a demo, we collect the contact and restaurant details you submit, including your name, work email, phone number, restaurant name, service type, location, current system and demo requirements.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a relevant product walkthrough, understand potential integration needs and maintain a record of the request. We do not ask for payment details through this form.
Storage and service providers
Demo requests are stored in the website’s protected database. An email-delivery provider may process the submitted details solely to notify the RestoPilot team of a new request.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry details only as long as reasonably required for sales follow-up, support and legitimate business records. You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry information.
